Sony Professional is committed to supporting you through the European wireless channel changes, and has created a total peace of mind PrimeSupport Plus modification package.
This PrimeSupport Plus agreement builds on the the two year PrimeSupport package which is included as standard on all units sold in the EU, Norway and Switzerland which covers repairs for two years from the date of purchase.
Purchasing this PrimeSupport Plus agreement will allow customers to modify their unit to the new frequency in their country, quickly, with no additional costs and using Sony trained engineers.
Using the Services:
Register the agreement
Both the standard PrimeSupport agreement and the PrimeSupport Plus Modification agreements need to be registered before any services can be provided. Registration should be done at the time of purchase in order to speed up service response time.Agreements can be registered at www.pro.sony.eu/primesupport or by completing the registration card and faxing it back to PrimeSupport.*
Call the helpdesk
when using the service, the helpdesk will verify that the contract is valid and open up a call log. The helpdesk can be reached by calling 00800 7898 7898 (Monday- Friday 0900-1800 CET excluding UK national holidays.)
Specify modification channel
The helpdesk will request information on which channel the unit should be modified to and then they will arrange for the unit to be collected, modified and returned within 10 working days of collection.
