I bought this product to use with my Sony speedlight flash units, which it does and is excellent at that, but my Sony A77M2 will not fire the unit. so I cant use it. I have contacted Sony but have had no response. If you are thinking of buying one check it's going to work with your camera !!

This works really well with my Sony a7ii. I have this plus two HVL-F45 flashes and with the help from the manual, I was able to easily set it up to trigger the other two flashes.

I purchased this due to the specific Sony hot shoe requirement. I use the A7r2 and the Sony FM60 flash. Distance/reception is good. I've tried it all the way to the limits with satisfaction.

This device is not compatible with all cameras

I bought this item a few months back but I returned it because it was not compatible with the a99 a77 and A7 cameras. I was looking for a TTL and high speed sync option for my cameras. What's quite astounding here is that I have a bunch of older Sony flashes that are compatible with the receiver but the transmitter is not compatible with the older cameras which doesn't make any sense considering some of the cameras I have used the new multi-interface hot shoe which I don't know who designed this product not to be compatible with all Sony cameras it just doesn't make sense.

Hat man sich erst einmal durch das nicht übermäßig plausible Menü gearbeitet, stellt sich wegen der nun verfügbaren exzellenten Funktionalität die blanke Freude ein. Ein Wermutstropfen allerdings ist der Preis: Mit dem Sender und den 4 Empfängern sowie den Batzen 60, 2x43 und 35 sind das Beträge, für die man sich eine Studioblitzanlage leisten kann. Aber man ist eben mobil.
