The Dante device states (including the network connection and the SLS-1A speaker) are different than those displayed on the Line-Array Speaker Manager

    This situation might occur with a system where Dante built-in (third party) devices and the SLS-1A are network-connected to the Line-Array Speaker Manager application. The displayed states on Dante devices (e.g. SLS1-A) and the status shown on the Line-Array Speaker Manager screen could be different. 

    If that happens, clicking [Reload] on the SLA-1A application screen will trigger a refresh and match the status display. 

    However, this FAQ does not apply to the Dante Controller (including apps that control other devices), as its operation with simultaneous connections has yet to be verified.
