    Cannot connect the camera to a mobile device via a connection using the camera as an access point.

    Verify and make adjustments as necessary according to each of the following steps, and then try the connection again.

    1. 1. Disconnect any devices that are connected to the camera
    2. 2. Restart the mobile device
    3. 3. Set Airplane Mode to OFF (Camera)
    4. 4. Set Airplane Mode to OFF (Mobile Device)
    5. 5. Set VPN to off
    6. 6. Reset the SSID
    7. 7. Uninstall/reinstall app
    8. 8. Reset the network settings
