    Cannot connect the camera to a mobile device using the mobile device as an access point (Wi-Fi tethering) or using a wireless LAN router as an access point.

    Verify and make adjustments as necessary according to each of the following steps, and then try the connection again.

    2. 2. Set Airplane Mode to OFF (Camera)
    3. 3. Set Airplane Mode to OFF (Mobile Device)
    4. 4. Set VPN to off
    5. 5. Uninstall/reinstall app
    6. 6. Reset the network settings
