Sony is offering a system firmware update for Digital Motion Picture Camera VENICE “MPC-3610”.

Sony highly recommends this firmware update for immediate installation on all VENICE systems to ensure highest performance.

To add a new function of MPC-3610, the updated software is released. (V6.10)

To upgrade from V3.00 or earlier, it is necessary to change the hardware in advance. In this case, please contact Sony sales representative or dealers for getting firmware.

AXS-R7 must be updated to V6.00 firmware for VENICE V6.10 if you use AXS-R7.

 Note: UpdateManual and ReleaseNote are included in the zipped download file with main firmware module.

[Applicable system software version]
The applicable products have system firmware version “Ver.4.00” or later.
After updating, the system firmware version will be “Ver.6.10”.
